A first generation Italian- American, Lisa came to Florence for a semester-abroad during her undergraduate studies.
After finishing her degree and working for several years in corporate America, she decided to return to Florence to continue studying Italian language and culture.
Lisa initially taught Business English and then went on to begin a career in tourism. What started as a job later became a passion and so she obtained her tour guide license for Florence.
After receiving this license, she began studying wine through the Association of Italian Sommeliers and has since completed all three levels of the course.
